Minimum Standards
Matric
Preferably, prior experience in a comparable position.
The preference will be for bilingual candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
COMMERCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Distribute stock as directed by the outlet controller after unloading the delivery truck.
Make sure products are properly and neatly arranged on shelves in accordance with shop merchandising guidelines.
Make sure that the right pricing reflect or are shown.
Following our health and safety guidelines in regards to product shelf life, and making sure stock is rotated in accordance with stock merchandising requirements. Initials First Out
Inform clients of store specials, events, and costs
When necessary, remove defective stock from all shelves and notify the outlet controller.
at floor level, respond to questions or requests from customers.
Provide Outlet Controller with information on consumer inquiries about stock or stock levels.
When appropriate, help with merchandise removal in accordance with Staff Account orders on the day of delivery.
