In order to ensure that successful candidates have the ability to work effectively at both the retail floor and the service desk of a retail outlet, the PWD Stores Learnership Programme provides them with cross-training. During the course of the program, there is a great deal of emphasis placed on customer service and stock management. It is imperative that you are committed to learning as much as possible, able to complete logbooks, and capable of being assessed as a bilingual sales consultant.
