Key Performance Areas

Providing AMAZING customer service to ensure a WOW experience for the client 3. Ensuring that consumers receive timely and pertinent service on the sales floor and by phone. 2. Attend to the unique and specific shopping needs of each customer. 4. Follow the fundamental rules of customer service. 5. Ascertaining client needs and offering guidance on product selection, cost, and warranties 6. Giving customers product recommendations and explanations and demonstrations 7. Selling products and, more significantly, generating additional sales and services 8. Making sure products are fairly priced and presented 9. Making sure promotions are carried out promptly and with advance planning 10. Adherence to all merchandising/layouts and cleaning standards and timelines 11. Setting up, carrying out, and maintaining all publicised sales promotions.

Entry Requirement

Matriculation Certificate 2. A six-month retail background 3. In order to work shifts, you must have access to reliable transportation.

  1. To do any additional necessary tasks as directed by senior management 2. To complete all essential service training and mandatory training 3. Ensuring that all material is treated with absolute confidentiality; 4. Routinely conducting appraisals and personal development reviews 5.
