Precisely allocate deposits using the deposit app. Address unaccounted transactions on a daily basis. Process branch withdrawal requests, following the prescribed checklist. Respond to customer queries through calls, live chat, and emails. Conduct confirmation checks to verify customer identity before assisting with queries or branch withdrawals. Resolve queries promptly, ensuring optimal turnaround time. Assist in updating client banking details. Maintain continuous availability on the call system. Uphold good customer service principles within the team and promote the company brand.

Identify and address the root causes of customer and audit queries. Achieve quality targets and implement interventions for improvement. Handle any other ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications:
