Bansal Kshirsagar underscored the reality that if someone is thirsty, then that person is already dehydrated. “Your body is already telling you ‘I’m low on hydration,'” Bansal Kshirsagar said about the facts of being thirsty. “Proactively work on it. Fill your water bottles, fill your Mason jars.
